The journey
From 1998 to 2023, my work centered on managing IT growth—keeping communication, infrastructure, and product support aligned with an evolving business and its regulatory obligations.
The company milestones alongside my tenure show the changing technology landscape in which that work took place.
The start of my 25-year tenure at Dolphin, working at the intersection of IT and a growing orthodontic software business.
Email, networking, and product support became central themes of my work across the years. Meanwhile, Dolphin’s imaging and management offerings expanded, with online image sharing connecting practices, patients, and referring doctors.

The profile traced my move from product support into IT as Dolphin grew, and described my work researching technology, resolving difficult support issues, and helping employees with internal systems—with an ongoing drive to improve efficiency.
